Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Clients customer Accounts, License & Support information
Reviews and analyzes (Root Cause) data and provides input to QC in-order to ensure accurate booking of orders for all Geographies
Data cleansing to ensure accurate records of Clients Customers, Assets & Entitlements.
Maintains productivity and quality as per set standards. Adhere to standards, best practice guidelines.
WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER SKILLS:
Graduate preferably in Commerce/Arts with 6 months to 1-year experience.
Prior work experience in customer/ sales support would be preferred
Strong attention to details
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Share point
